How does AI scoring work?+

Is my data safe?+

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization, and never used to train AI models. Resume content is processed through Anthropic's commercial API with zero data retention. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What file formats do you support?+

PDF, DOCX, and DOC files. You can also upload a ZIP file containing multiple resumes for bulk processing.

What AI model does ManaSift use?+

We use Anthropic's Claude models — Haiku for resume parsing and Sonnet for the deeper scoring logic. We've built in prompt caching so scoring stays fast and cost-effective even on large batches. Zero data retention on all AI calls.

How fast is it? What should I expect for 100 resumes?+

Each resume parses in a few seconds and scores in 10-20 seconds. A batch of 100 resumes typically completes in 15-25 minutes, processed in parallel. You can keep working in the app or come back later — scores populate as they finish.

Can I export scored candidates?+

Yes. Every plan supports CSV export of scored candidates with full score breakdowns. Growth, Recruiter, and Enterprise plans also support direct HRIS export to 16+ systems (BambooHR, Gusto, Workday, ADP, and more via Finch).

What if the AI scores a candidate incorrectly?+

Every score is transparent — click into any candidate to see the evidence, confidence level, and explanation behind each skill rating. You can manually override triage status, add notes, and advance candidates based on your judgment. The AI is a starting point, not the final word.

Do you offer custom branding on the candidate dashboard?+
